I hate trolling, since this is a male based thread, but he is right about the Egyptian part, and it shows in many Northern Sudanese DNA which is usually a good percentage of North African.
You had many ancient Egyptians cities in what is Sudan today, so it makes sense. For example Amara West and Sai island were ancient Egyptian cities.
