I really like Noname's music, but I don't fux with Noname the Twitter entity, so I just ignore it like I do every other rapper and their social/personal lives

But she deserves to have at least one moment like this for her curated nitpick-ass terminally online fanbase to turn the tables on her

Maybe she'll think twice before trying to dictate how another person operates and iives

As much as I like her music, if her own fanbase turned on her so bad she stopped making music I'd enjoy the irony more than I'd enjoy a new album

I found her annoying, but if this is the thing to make her stop being world unity advocate so be it. I always find it annoying when newly found Black Marxists are more into policing Black people who might not have perfect politics rather than addressing the rampant anti blackness and general ignorance in their corner of that space. You call yourself a Marxist and the guy was racist himself lmfao, it's ironic to do the purity thing.

Most of her fanbase is white, and she HATES that. Only thing is I wish she had took the time to actually clock those people rather than just being like "oh well lol don't listen", these the same type of people who make excuses for their favorite non black artists being anti black and continue to listen to the music, but Jay E is where you draw the line? Lmfao

I do agree she set herself up by putting her politics on such a high pedestal but hopefully she's not in the same state of mind she was in 2020. I'm very curious how the album is gonna sound, her flows etc,.

It’s not her fault the general rap “fan” population is chatty patty ass haters. You will see the same thing about male rappers, nikkas really be like “I never heard of Nip til he died” and really be all up in the rip thread and posthumous topics at the same time, trying to win contest for the sassiest post. I remember back in like 2019 I thought she was incredibly brave for publicly stating she was uncomfortable performing pro black music in front of so many white people and wished she had more black fans. But then I actually did some digging and listened to her some of her music. Not only is her music incredibly dry and pedestrian, she’s on that “Blame black men” type of feminism and had the GALL to try to call out J.Cole and Kendrick for not “doing enough” for the black community and showing up to protests when they BOTH were actually showing up to protests and supporting they just weren’t making a focal point of it and making it all about them. Then when she got called out she was the type to be on some “Why pick on me as a woman!??!” Like she didn’t throw the first darts.


She tried that same shyt on Twitter with Killer Mike and he DESTROYED her in the nicest way possible and she went on the “You’re attacking a BLACK WOMAN!!” Trip when again, SHE was the one coming after HIM.


So this was actually a long time coming for her.

chick is delusional and it's off-putting to people, maybe if she just keep her gripes within her rhymes she would've been respected more, but she was tryna police nikkas actions via social media and weaponize her fanbase against them and it backfired
