I started using AmLactin a couple months ago to get rid of the really bad keratosis pilaris on my legs and upper arms. It's taking forever but my skin is a lot smoother in those areas now. For the rest of my body I use Ambi Soft & Even lotion.

During the colder months, I seal my lotion in with an oil mix.

I use caress soap or dove unscented soap. I don't get ashy in the summer, but I do still use lotion. I've been using the lavender scented baby lotion. I use a different lotion in the winter.

Well I know the lotions are bath and body works. As for the coconut and olive oil its 365 brand from whole foods
I didn't remember the name of the brand of the oils because I use two different coconut oils. One comes from aldi...lol
