ROH’s tag division in this same timeframe was as was TNA’s. This was while WWE was splitting every team up with no rhyme or reason and not doing anything with them after, or using the titles as props for singles guys feuds.

I had heard the same thing too. Same thing with Rob Conway and Nick Dinsmore. Crazy that Dinsmore had the most success out of them, and that was playing a special needs gimmick

Their development gimmicks are better than the cabinet one.

I will never forgive Vincent K. McMahon for turning "The Impact Player" Paul Burchill (Whose gimmick was a precursor to Orton's Apex Predator gimmick) into a bland, incestuous brit or Nick Dinsmore into fukking Eugene.


It's crazy how OVW outstripped the WWE in terms of gimmick presentation for a solid 6 years during that time frame when they slid away from The Ruthless Aggression era in 2005-2006 til about 2012.
