That is 100% on the Cowboys, how are they going to recognize that Dez needs work on his routes and not do anything about it? This organization is terrible at developing WRs and that starts at the top.

ive been a massive fan of his in the past, its the point of attack. he was a great 50/50 ball guy, now he stays very close to the ground hes missing an element that made him special

dez had multiple drops actually affect the outcome of games throughout his career (I remember the ball bouncing off his fukking arm on a 2pt attempt late in some game and dropping a perfectly placed ball late against the chiefs for which he had to apologize lol) and you have the nerve to say hes had great hands ?
