Beyond that idk, last Madden game I bought was 09 with Brett Favre on the cover.
Everyone knows, but you’re really just paying for the new roster.
Sure I could do all the trades to match off-season moves, but then you’re missing out on drafted players and how someone may drastically change in a season or a rookie balls out.
You’re hyped about the regular season and you throw on some Madden to give you your football fix…
There’s no way to get up to date regular season rosters and players without paying for the new Madden. If they would update old games rosters, nobody, and I seriously think nobody would buy the new Madden games. I rarely buy them at full price though, I wait until it goes on sale after the SB for cheap or it hits Gamepass.
EA just has to pretend they’re actually doing something different and the bare minimum so people can lie to themselves about not paying $70 for literally just an updated roster.
I watched Doc play it recently and the running is so slow and.clunky it mades no sense to me
