Randy still big mad like a whole week later :mjlol:this generation of wrestlers has such low self esteem and control
he shoulda quit while he was ahead but he let the hype he got from last week get to his head and now hes exposing himself, soulja responding is just icing on the cake

Part of that Soulja Boy vid basically exposed what a bunch of people have felt about the WWE (and probably wrestling in general) — it’s just not looked at as “cool” anymore. Soulja Boy shouted out Austin, Rock, Cena, Brock, the Dudleys, and Hardyz — all people who peaked somewhere between 2000-2007. That’s what happens when you don’t truly focus on the future, and always use nostalgia for ratings pops.
I think you could make a whole separate topic on this, but WWE really began nostalgia syphoning as far back as like...2006. Just that year alone, they had rebooted ECW, reunited DX and the Hardy Boyz, and still had guys like Roddy Piper and Slaughter pop up sometimes. On any random PPV you could see Sabu, Cool Dad DX, and like Dusty Rhodes competing :pachaha:and every year after they would double and triple down on that sentiment to where eventually whole shows were built on guys who’s heyday was like 30 years ago because they didn’t actively build enough, I feel, for the future, or care to either because nostalgia sells. That’s when they really basically walled themselves off from the broader spectrum of pop culture, by catering to the past you don’t keep up with the modern trends and culture and end up deaf to it all.

First the "bytch ass ...." tweet and now assuming Soulja has baby mamas. Randy may be making an effort to be more understanding of racial equity but he for sure still lets his racism/prejudice come out

Randy's tweeting is embarrassing, he needs to stay off Twitter and keep his thoughts to himself. I bet Undertaker is somewhere like :whew:because some other wrestler is making a fool out of themselves for once.

And what's crazy is I feel like he would be able to handle this situation with more tact than Randy has.

This could be a thread. I'm making it. :ohhh:

First of all, :dame:

Second of all, this shyt been going on a month now. If WWE is going to book Soulja Boy vs KKKlandy, they need to do that shyt already. But, Soulja Boy is just defending himself. :salute:
