On display in this thread is one of the reasons a lot of people hate the Heat and their fans and want them to fail. A lot of ya'll come off as young dudes who became fans of the Heat after they got Lebron. Ya'll claim to know basketball, yet ya'll make a lot nonsensical statements. I got no problem with you guys hating the Knicks. But your biased views don't allow you to objectively observe and comment on our squad.


The Knicks don't play defense. They're just hot from the 3 point line that's why they're winning. They played nothing but scurbs that's why their record is so good.




Like are ya'll serious with these lame excuses? The Knicks have a better offensive and defensive efficiency than the Heat. Give up less points and score more points. They Knicks have played just as hard a schedule as the Heat, if not harder. All these are facts. If you're saying anything contrary to those FACTS, then you either haven't watched the Knicks play, don't understand basketball, or are incapable of forming an unbiased opinion.

Then when all else fails its see you in June and I'm not saying we will beat the heat in the playoffs even if we sweep them in the season or something but to try and dismiss as a joke is just hate . Our second best player hasn't even suited up . And to be honest the heat can't want to play a team that doesn't turn the ball over and shoots threes at a high clip. That's their weakness same way ours is rebounding and protecting the paint

We're living in the moment. Why are you guys talking about the playoffs that are months away? A lot of things can happen between now and then. We're just focused on here and now and how our team is playing at the moment.


That being said, assuming both teams are healthy, I absolutely think the Knicks would be capable of beating the Heat in a 7 game series. Will we be favored to win? Probably not. Do we have the talent to pull off that upset? Absolutely. But all of that is irrelevant right now. Let the season play out and we'll revisit this conversation down the home stretch.

Even though the record and statistical numbers say otherwise, I'll say the Heat are better. The reason I'll give it to ya'll is because you do have Lebron, and have proven what you can do over the course of the last 2 regular seasons and the playoffs last season. There are a lot of new players on the Knicks and we're trying to break the culture of recent disappointment and losing in NY. That being said, the Knicks aren't far off and are definitely capable of beating the Heat.

But if Miami loses, "it's just regular season", "it all about the playoffs" etc...
So why do ya'll even have a season thread? Why do ya'll even care what the Heat do in the regular season?
