When I saw how off the pace of the show was I knew that Vince was behind it. Next week should be better since it's the go home show, and I guarantee you that the ratings collapsing for this episode has Vince in his feelings.

Vince thinks that getting away from the wrestling aspect works, when history will tell you that it's the wrestling part that sells. You can have the greatest buildup ever, but it will be for nothing if the match sucks. The reason why Stone Cold vs Rock is the GOAT rivalry is because the buildup and matches always delivered.

Boggles my mind how wwe has been successful before even tho Vince hates wrestling. Funnier thing is he fails at everything outside of wrestling. The funniest thing is I think the product will be the best it’s ever been once he’s not involved.

Final numbers for Smackdown

WWE Friday Night Smackdown finished with 2.037 million viewers for Fox, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The overnight number that came out Saturday morning was 1.954 million viewers. Today’s final number is down from the previous episode’s 2.329 million final viewership total.

The good news is that they're still over 2mil, the bad news is that Vince's booking still cost them over 300k viewers. I expect them to end this weak on a high note heading into the ppv.
