Well yeah because it was a completely unannounced diss…. Listening to that the first time had to be crazy because a). You didn’t know Kendrick would be on it and b). You didn’t know he’d be shooting like that. And it’s a great verse.

Push Ups was a diss record people were waiting on, they knew a response was coming. Of course there wouldn’t be the same shock element
there was like a whole ass Tweet from some industry nikka like 2 days before it dropped announcing it was gonna shake the industry breh

Most overrated verse in the history of rap.

Lmao at these grown ass men losing their shyt at "its just big me!" like children.

:mjlol:

In 10 years your kids will be saying ‘mf the big 3 it’s just big me’. :beli:

That line = ask Nas he don’t want it with Hov….smarten up Nas….nggas lookin like Larry Holmes flabby n sick….every line isn’t meant to be a lyrical miracle. Some lines/verses are meant to be attention grabbers, catchy, etc.

And mind you that was on a verse….name the Drake line that’s harder/more memorable….from any of the 3 disses he dropped :heh: I’ll wait

Whats a Prince to a King, he a son

It’s a nice line but ..nah. Delivery matters. Voice matters. Passion no Diddy matters . It’s also not true enough. No one respects Drake over kendrick as a rapper. So it came off as just a dope line anybody could say :ehh: Kendrick’s rang more true, came across Ike a declaration :picard: and it was immortalized when Cole pulled that fukk shyt. It really ain’t a big 3 no more

Nah.

Also, that B-Legit/40 Water line is my shyt.

Looking into everything that transpired before like that dropped…J Cole still deserves to get bommbed on. He been subbing Kendrick for a whilleeeeee, jealous as fukk and linked up with BBL on some mean girls shyt.

fukk him if he gives Cole a pass whenever he drops lol

lol and you assume that everyone who checked for that album magically saw this spare tweet from some random person in the industry …? Glad you’re out in these tweet streets but that verse was a surprise to a lot of people that listened to that album Friday morning
