Man one of my favorite memories was me and my sisters begging my dad to take us to block buster on Fridays.

He always complained he had no money but finally he'd take us. Block buster was like 5 blocks from the crib so we'd walk.

Man we get our movies and video games and he'd pull out a wad of cash.

Thought you ain't have no money dad :why::stopitslime:

Remember when you walked in that bad boy and you couldn't find a movie or video game you wanted and then somebody was turning in right when you was getting ready to leave :ahh:

Like the late, great Bernie Mac said “We some punk ass parents today” and that was back in 2000.

I went to the gym last night and it made me sad because that location used to be a Toys R Us :mjcry:

There's also a Golden Corral in the same shopping center that used to be a Borders :mjcry:

Borders>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Barnes and Noble
Books a Million is garbage

Man sitting in Borders with a pair of headphones and eating something was one of the greatest feelings ever.

You can sit in that bad boy for hours be and be at total peace

I think the real tragic part is that a lot of these places parents could drop you off on a Saturday you could have 50 bucks in your pocket and be gone from noon until 9:00 at night if you was like 14-15.

Catch a movie, go to the mall, whole 9. Hit the arcade. That's gone.
