black people have high rates of undiagnosed mental illnesses........ that could explain a lot of stories like this where black people are involved.... idk
No . Black people have high rates of mental illness because most people who diagnose them and care for them could careless about them . I personally know someone who was diagnosed crazy and was written prescriptions just to stay out of jail. It wasn't even his idea . They offered him this deal and 3 years of probation .
