im no lawyer, but i think the fact that there were several murders in relation to the crime removed the statute of limitations. it started with them murdering that black dude who forgot to get rid of the truck, then continued with more members of the heist getting killed to keep them from snitching.

But if they are not charging him with murder, then statute of limitations should still apply no?

What are the charges here...I haven't read anything. I don't even know under which state's laws they're being charged or if this is a federal crime.
