Fam....Kaep ain't played in two years, may not even fit this system, and we have no idea what his game looks like at this point. Bringing him in at this point will address and help WHAT, exactly? I couldn't disagree more, dawggie.
I agree with you, though, that Wentz should be shut down for the year, deep playoff run or not. It's too risky to his long-term recovery and development.

Hey breh, If Foles goes down then we are definitely screwed, He has an injury history, that year when he broke his collarbone and he already had arm issues earlier this year.
Other than the distraction that comes with Kaep, who cares we are in the playoffs, give him a shot to learn the playbook for a month, play him the final game at the cowboys and have him ready if need be.
Don't even know who is the third string guy but he is damn sure not better than Kaep.
They gotta sign somebody when the inevitable Wentz to the IR move happens. Kaep is the best name still on the open market and he has led a team to the super bowl before. Good teammate as well.
One year deal with no risk. He is just insurance if something goes down with Foles. After yesterday, Im just being proactive here.

Foles is the best you could ask for in the eagles situation
He knows the offense probably knows the offense more than wentz and can come in and run the whole playbook
Foles prob could start of 3 or 4 teams around the league so

A lot of guys with torn acl have walked off the fieldThe fact he was walking around period is a good sign. Usually it’s instant cart status for those very severe injuries. Then again Wentz is a mans man and rubs dirt on amputated appendages so

Yeah thats all im hoping for too. I dont expect to see him this year again but just anything that's ĺess of a potential long term issue would be a plus
