Yeah he hurt his hamstring in training camp too. Not sure if this is the same thing but might as well just redshirt him
Never looked at Pumphrey as someone who would contribute this year. He was an investment in life after Sproles, this season was about getting him in the building and coaching him up.
Definitely could end up being a bad pick, but I don't think 2017 was ever gonna have an impact on that.

yeah he has that mcnabb in him. also a little of that favre having fun out there, gunslinging, shyt in him. i'll take it. he got the qualities to be a starWentz is gonna give us 13 years of having fun out there. He will be a top 5 in the league guy at some point, don't get it wrong. But he will always try to run and hold the ball, I smell some McNabbisms off him. A superstar when he is healthy and upright but missing a few games a year which hurts the squad.

Carson Wentz and the offense need a three down back. We are gonna compete but we cant win on a sustained basis without one.
You cant have Wentz throw this much, he is bound to get pick throwing this much.. u need an effective run game.
Smallwood is trash as a feature back, Blount and Sproles at this point are situational and spell backs.

Carson Wentz needs more development he is good but he needs more development. Kid got a lot of work to do and I hope Doug n them are working toward it
what more did you want out of Wentz today? dude has ZERO running game, we got him dropping back 55+ times in his 2nd year
That’s not his fault and I wasn’t referencing that. Carson constantly stares down defenders/passes are predicting as we constantly see dlineman deflecting passes causing interceptions/deep ball inaccurate/I also think he holds the ball too long.
