No.. I caught him talking up Malcolm. He still came off has another wealthy, clueless white guy who refuses to acknowledge the history of that flag or the anthem.. I'm not telling you to stop being an Eagles fan. I'm just observing.

thats all 32 owners in the NFL... some way worse than others :manny:

as long as he didnt shun or talk down on what malcolm/kaep is doing then :manny:

hes one of the few owners willing to admit that there is a reason dudes are "protesting" the anthem instead of flat out playing stupid

"Social injustice is a big problem in America," Lurie said. "It's a big problem around the globe. Anybody who wants to do proactive things to try to reverse social injustice, I'm all in favor of. It has to be respectful. It certainly has to respect the military and the men and women who serve our country. Emergency responders. Whoever that is. If you do it in a respectful way.

"I applaud anybody that can find respectful ways of trying to find their platform in some way. We all need to discuss social injustice. We've all seen it. It's multiple issues. It's not simple racial issues. There's a lot of economic issues. Players have grit and determination, there's no boundary on how that grit and determination gets expressed. Sports is an opportunity to bring people together. I applaud when players can bring communities together. We see it all the time. I think it's great."

I don't see that as anything negative. I'd say he's even one of the few rich old guys who sees the distinction between what the protests are about and what the media and others try to act like it is

D Line is real.

Hope Darby has a subtalar ankle dislocation. Good Chance he can come back by week 8 if thats thats the case. Pray no ankle Fracture, or tibia fracture, or extensive ligament or tendon damage with the ankle dislocation, he is done for the year in that case

Doug's play calling was terrible. Fukking Screens to Agholor when we had our foot on their throats 13-0. And then just too many wide receiver screens

Run Game got me worried brehs.

Wentz made alot of good plays and some head scratching throws and decisions but overall good job.

Wide Receiving Corps looks much better than last year. Agholor is looking very promising but then again I said that before. I like Torrey's break away speed and Alshon's ability to fight for the ball. Smith and Alshon didnt have the best game but I like what I saw
