heni can legit say i haven't had any pop in 2012 and i know for fact i went a few months before that as well in 2011.

i never had outrageous amounts of pop before that but i don't even get that shyt when i go out and get some food or go to my friends house anymore

I almost slipped up last night. Went to a Weeknd concert and at the bar they had skraight soda, energy drinks and beer.

I just got the idea to start a personal no soda challenge.

I'm addicted to coke and it has brought me nothing but pain and extra calories
So starting tomorrow 6.4.2012. I will commit to drinking nothing but water and maybe a lil bit of fruit juice.


How long will this last? I'll start off slow and say a month. We'll see how this goes. I'll use this as a journal of sorts. Updating daily.

Join me if you will. This is a place of encouragement. Plus I need a couple folks around so I'll be more likely not to quit.

Nah, not yet. I had a couple headaches the first week but its been all good since then. Had a couple cravings also but I'm not giving in.
