I mean if we are legally obligated to spend the $$$ then so be it
But that we even got to this point, both as far as debt and as far as the two parties' complete refusal to work together, is effing pathetic. Cant believe so many of these chowderheads got re-eelcted, I hope we do some housecleaning in the midterms.
