He said bankroll shot his car and shots were returned to Bankoll and now Bankroll is dead. The implication is pretty clear. Whether he was the one or someone else in the car was the one who returned fire is sort of irrelevant. Especially considering he's the one who went to the precinct and turned himself in.

I only say sort of irrelevant because nikkas is saying Skooly was in the car too, and if that's true it makes the whole situation even more murky,

I guess I look at the laughter and smiles light because I know certain nikkas in the hood just like that....always smiling and jokey but deadly all at the same time....he not smilin because of bankroll necessarily he probably smiles like that no matter what happens, he catch a case, a broad tell him she preagnant, he caught in a shoot out...all the same smiley reaction. He actually can't be fake and act remorseful imo.
