I use to laugh at the Crips in New York City episode because they seemed like wannabe. But damn... Gangland for once was on point or at least foreshadowing because the Crips are BIG in NYC at least Brooklyn. Bobby Shmurda gang was making noise and some GS9 members still making noise.

Im not a NYer but I have fam and frequent up there so i dont wanna make any concrete statements but from what I OBSERVED...Bloods are the biggest gang # wise from what I seen but they dont "run" it, they have a lot of hop ons/fashion bangers/after school bangers.....Crips might not have as much #s as them but they go alot harder and really have shooters....Latin Kings is just done 3ni/Trinitario is prolly holding the most weight as far as latin gangs cuz Kings r fading everyday

While I don't live IN NYC, I live in a county right outside it and I commonly commute to NYC. And yeah Bloods are the biggest black gang there especially in places like BX and Brooklyn. They're very deep in the prison system. While their are a lot and I mean A LOT of wannabe Bloods they are still the gang with the most weight. New Jersey is another story I hear the Crips are big out there and they are NO JOKE.

And yeah Dominicans hold the most weight when it comes to Latino gangs. They're the biggest drug dealers. LK got washed in the 90s/early 2000s.
