This is why the lotto keeps bad teams bad

Wizards not tanking.... They out their busting there ass but they just not good enough

And now the wizards will get like the 4th pick and be in the same spot next year

Making moves like drafting Jan Vesely 6th overall is what keeps the Wizards bad. How the fukk can you take someone that high when they're so terrible at basketball?

Also, the Nene trade was a bad deal. A trademark of a bad team is making moves for no reason. Yes, they didn't want Young and McGee back but it would've better to let them walk then take on Nene's contract.

Hold up how does this contract situation work? He has a team option so what does that mean? The only way he would be under contract after next year is if he signs as extension right? @mastermind
Wall's original rookie contract would have ended this season if the Wizards hadnt picked up the team option to extend it to 4 years.

This season, up until sometime before next season starts, the Wizards and Wall can agree to an extension of his contract. If not, Wall will play his 4th season and then be a RFA if the Wizards offer him a qualifying tender (which they will unless something tragic happens). At that point Wall is free to sign an offer sheet anywhere, but the Wizards are free to match that offer sheet.

Basically, Wall is not going anywhere unless the Wizards dont want him anymore.

Just too many unrealistic hopes from outsiders. All that 8th seed talk was dumb as hell. The 8th seed right now is fukking Boston

We play good D and rebound well but there's too many mistakes being made when things count. And as stated the offense is :scusthov:

Maybe Wall is the difference but at this point it might be too late to salvage this season.

Oh well someone start the Tank Wars thread....Shabazz :ahh:

Believe it or not I think this current team would be about 6-5 with a healthy Wall.

Team looks a total mess with him out.

Wall's value greatly increased by him sitting injured. I never thought it, but he is a rare player that makes his teammates better.

I live in the United States
he cant dribble the ball or create for himself

and for a great shooter, he sure does miss a lot of open jumpers.

I will give him time because I have no choice, but im not feeling good about it.
You hated on Yung Nick, now deal with it :yeshrug:

Wall is not staying. :beli:
Then we sign Brandon Banks
at least Washington has RG3 :whew:
We gonna sign this nikka too

Also Randy Wittman. I like him, he says all the right things. I feel him
But he'll be quick to indirectly blame the team for playing like shyt.. I'm just wondering why there isn't improvement? Isn't that his job?
I'll give him a little more time to hit his stride, but if this season is as bad as last year?
fukk it, even if its not. Jerry fukkin Sloan needs to be up in dis bytch
Ted has too much money to have anything less :meh:

And people wonder why I go so hard for Wall. nikka said he gotta take blame for his team sucking. He has never played with good to great player since he left Kentucky. Gotta have talent to win in the NBA and Ernie, Ted and the rest of the croonies

:stopitslime:

he reached. Faried, Klay Thompson, Iman Shumpert and a few others who have done more than Vesley has were all on the board. Ernie dont know what he doing.

I am not saying those players would have made the Wizards a playoff team, but they would be contributing more than Veseley.

Klay is the only one worth a 6th but his not a game changer or superstar. If he was on this team guess what........0-12 ......oh wait

Faired at 6??:what: we need MORE 6'6 PFs??????

Iman at 6? Would that help us win a game this season? :rudy:

And have you seen Faried play? Dude is averaging over 10 rebounds a game. Dude is a double-double machine. He way better than Booker ever was.

Upside is that you tank and get a lotto pick. Being the 7th or 8th seed in the Playoffs is a waste of time

Whats the point of getting a lotto pick if our GM is mildly retarded?

If the pick is 1-3, EG cant really screw that up.

But if we get 4 and below, we're done..

Cant believe he basically traded Rubio/Steph Curry (#5) for Mike Miller and Randy Foye , then two years later keeps 6th pick and drafts Vesely.

Faired is a future all star and Shumpert will be all defensive first team when he's healthy..

But it's not even about that...They took a chance on Veseley and so far its failed.. The draft is a crap shoot...

Trading the #5 pick for Miller and Foye is the move that shows that the FO doesn't have a clue...

Instead of Foye they could have had their choice of Rubio, Curry, Jennings, Holiday or Lawson...

Then in '10 they wouldn't have been forced to pick Wall and could have traded down and went with Cousins or Monroe.... (even though Cousins in a locker room with Gil, Blatche and McGee might have been Armageddon)
