I honestly don't like his finisher. Maybe it'll grow on me but right now I feel they should give him something better, not a super garvin stomp

Well, Del Rio struggled big time in developmental. I remember people thinking he was going to tank badly on the main roster but the minute he was on WWE TV he didn't have any problems in the ring.
KENTA will take time to get used to the style. My guess is he doesn't want to piss anyone off by being too stiff right of the bat. But then again, he hasn't been an elite worker for 2-3 years now, he may struggle more than he should at this point of his career.
I agree that they should put him in with someone he knows how to work though, that will loose him up.

^^ That dude is "chronically concussed and working in the back status" for the foreseeable future unfortunately. It looks like the only action he'll be seeing for the foreseeable future is in WWE 2K15. As for who Kenta will be with, another recent signee will be his partner, if we're caught up to what I remember from the previous taping results.

i feel like he holds back on a lot of his strikes too (unless we are to assume he just forgot how to after doing it for years in japan), almost as if he doesnt want to stiff the wwe talent and get complaints 1 month into his new job

Said it last night in the thread during Takeover, he seems like the one most likely to get lost in the shuffle with Steen coming in. He got a HUGE pop when he teased the GTS, but everyone's kind of outshining him and his style is kind of a rough mesh for a lot of the guys they have down there.
Too reactionary. Cant compare Steen and Devitt to this.
Finn has the theatrics and Steen has the history between he and nxt champ in his favor. . Language is definitely some sort of issue long term, but we will also have incoming epic matches between he and Neville, shyt, maybe even a feud between him and Finn eventually.
