So I've never experienced VR and I'm thinking of getting a set for my Ps5..... Should I fukk with the oculus or should I hold out for the PSVR2?...

Same reason you'd have two different consoles. Each set will have exclusives. Oculus is great for its mobility but the graphics are ass, psvr is great but tied to a console but does have great graphics. Each has pros and cons with exclusivesWhy would I need two different VR sets?.....
