Pretty entertaining card. PBC really kills it with these mid tier type bouts. For some reason these shyts always turn out good.
Arreola/Kaufman was a pretty good scrap. I felt like that could have been a draw. Kaufaman, landed the better shots, got a knockdown and really took the mid rounds clear, but he got out-hustled to me for the last 3 or 4 rounds. Plus a lot of the early rounds were close and I thought Arreola got the better of them for the most part. If he was in better shape he could have increased the pressure and got Chris out of there, but dude showed up looking like Moby dikk.
Arreola needs to get on some type of strength plan. Dude loss the weight, but he seems to have gotten weaker physically and loss some durability. I think his power took a hit too, because he really used to shake dudes up back in the day when he landed consistently. Now he barely hurts his opponents. His time is slowly passing by and he's turning into Ottke with all of these close ass decisions as of late. He's basically winning these off of activity.
Figeroua's defense will be his undoing. I thought Demarco was done and fought like a zombie against Barthelemy, but man did he look on point against Omar. He was landing some thunderous counters on dude's face and body. He just couldn't keep up with the pace, but he damn sure got his licks in. Omar is struggling too much against these faded former champs, but he makes for exciting fights.
