obviously they didn't take the money and run

but they did. at for awhile. stopped responding to people.

sean murray and the dev team literally stole hundreds of millions from gamers off false advertising... how the fukk are people still rockin w/ them

Everyone was saying this game was a fraud before it dropped

If you (generally speaking) still put down $$ on this without even knowing what the game was actually about then that's on you

I might get this game whenever it drops to $10- $15

In all seriousness I respect the devs for not cutting and running.

From everything I've read every update they've put out has been substantial and game changing.

A combination of the devs being dishonest and fan boys allowing themselves to become victims of the hype cycle and letting their expectations go spiraling out of control. The launch was bare bones.

From everything I've read though the game has been improved tremendously since launch.


I may pick it up one day if I see it for $10 or something on a sale and check it out.

They was essentially saying this game would practically make you feel like you actually realistically exploring space, think about the space travel in mass effect and how you can view and scan worlds, but explore all of them

IMO

People were hyped about it because well people are always getting themselves worked up over space sim/exploration games,they've moved on from this to now placing their hopes and dreams with star citizen.


People really want a game where they can explore space is what it comes down to.

I never got the hype for the game personally so that's just my view.
