Some of it is coaching, some of it is not having the personnel.

Regardless your in the nba, be ready when your number is called. If they can't have those kind of players, then we should have went and got some, right now nobody is giving us anything, some of that is coaching, a lot of that is not having the personnel, right now, what we thought was our depth is being exposed.
