Duuuuuvaaaaal!!
Man I heard it was pretty good, but how many hip hop docs do we have to watch. :aicmon:

We get it...

Sugar Hill Gang
Grand Master Flash
Afrika Bambaataa
and then gangster rap changed everything

Blah blah blah.... Same stories every documentary :yeshrug:

This is why hip-hop has not moved forward in years.... :snoop:

It was a typo.

*hasn't

My bad
LOL
I'm not saying it hasn't evolved. But it hasn't really moved forward as an art form in a long time. It might have even de-evolved. I think the main reason is because most of the younger cats aren't really learning about the history. They don't care about it. If you don't learn about the past, how can you move forward from it? I am pretty sure that's what Ice-T is trying to do with this doc. Inform the youngins who aren't aware of the past culture, so that they can build on it to take a step forward.
