Fields was ass today. Hopefully he can show us some type of improvement week to week.

That’s what I’m saying yes fields was awful today but no young qb would be good with a terrible pass blocking oline and limited weapons I’m staring to agree with the people who said poles don’t fukk with fields so he just didn’t care about buliding the offense this season

Like I said last week, I’m mindful of all these things but there is no excuse for Justin to legitimately historically bad, and be the worst starting QB in the league, because that’s what he’s shown so far. I realize this offense has serious limitations but his level of play is unacceptable regardless.

I agree with you fields have been fukking awful and I know it’s only been three games but he legit doesn’t look like a starting NFL QB but I don’t think any young QB would be good in this situation if the bears draft a another qb next year I hope they put him in a better situation to succeed because no young qb can succeed with limited weapons and a bad pass blocking oline hell most veterans can’t be successful with limited weapons

limping off the field and letting the clock run off after a first down run to close the first half was disgusting

but they were prob terrified of Fields throwing a pick

got through the game, Ill focus on some positives

Roquan was everywhere. Eddie making plays again
Brisker looks really good to me

our running game line can block for the run, Herbert is nice and Monty is onlyh day to day - we should be able to have success running all season

also if we can run like that, Justin should be seeing stacked boxes ALOT - that should help open up the passing game - regardless of WR talent, Justin should be able to make more plays downfield, period. He was holding the ball and missing guys again today

OK I want to be with you on this. It is a rather soft schedule I had this team winning 7-9 games before the season.

Yeah you can but I am going to keep it real the bears might be in real trouble let’s say we win 7 games you’re not going to be able to draft the top 2 QBS (young and stroud) and I personally don’t think this QB class is deep like some people think it is I do Kinda like jaren hall out of byu but if might shoot up to the top ten jimmy g might be the bears next qb If fields isn’t the guy I would just focus on building the team and drafting a qb in the 2024 draft

Hard to evaluate his play because he has no weapons, oline is trash, playcalling isn't putting him in positions to thrive, great arm strength on display even on the INTs (powerful over throws, just imagine when he's throwing those you the right guys)... gotta have patience and let him grow tho. He's young.
