I didn't really like it. He's much better as a feature.

Sidenote: a while ago, when listening to him on TGC's album, he kinda felt like he was the lost member. Insert him as the star of the group with Holloway as the right-hand lyrical assassin, with the other 2 snapping, and you have a top 10 goat southern group.
Well... they were NO Limit Special Forces...

KLC GAH DAMN!

- 1st time we heard mark in the dark

DJ Daryl did the fukking thing

O'Dell

Nice posse cut

@Wacky D this is a pretty good album breh

@JustCKing @OHSNAP!

side note, I'm surpised Full-Blooded wasn't on here at all and only 1 Slim feature. C-Murder, Hound, Magic & Slim sounded good together on Life After Death, could've been a head buster group.

Mystikal was loyal to KLC (and BBTP/medicine men), issues with P didn't work out, he would have stayed on NL if it wasn't for P playing hardball about not using BBTP, I think P & Outkast (who collaborated with Mystikal in mid-99 for Neck Uv Da Woods, and produced some songs a year later on Let's Get Ready) weren't exactly in good terms either, so it was basically different visions between P & Mystikal, so Mystikal had Jive behind him anyway and left the tank

I think some of the Neptunes songs would have still been on the NL album tho. Don't think Mystikal was feelin' the new Soulja Productions team (XL, Suga Bear, Ezell, plus Myke Diesel)
I remember seeing an interview with Big Boi and something related to P came on the TV/Radio and he was like P still out here biting.

I never knew they had issues.

Yup, happened after the NL "fall off" around 2001. Big Boi was actually shouting out P multiple times on a BET or MTV interview in 98, giving him his props for making major money down south

Think it was this 1
