He takes tremendously care of himself from what he eats to how he trains to how he lands after a rebound. Can't remember where I read it but he lands almost in a squat when he rebounds. So the pressure from coming down isn't on one leg, it's evenly proportioned. Or something.

Bron will go up for a layup, land on someone's foot, limp around for about 15 seconds, re-tie his shoelaces and stay in the game :what:
Lol,

He has been pretty amazing for years...

I think he's immune. Allah is pleased w his life and works .

:what: What does "profile" even mean? Do you understand that all of these drugs are endogenously produced by your own body? Do you understand that if I elevate these levels using exogenous hormones it will affect any human no matter what?

Thanks

There's plenty of videos of his regimen like when he released that LeBron app thru Samsung a few years ago, that was pretty much all he posted. Training & the food he ate
Still have the app on my phone. Doesn't do shyt now. But I have it in my sports folder.

Doesn't Savannah have some juicing company. Bron stayed with that healthy shyt.

Lebron probably takes HGH, you'd notice the difference last year when he was less athletic and less cut up then suddenly returned to his previous form. He probably got off the shyt when he heard the NBA was testing for HGH and didn't want to get caught, then he was probably told some shyt from trainers or some NBA heads and decided to get back on it.

However, if you just look at him you can see he has those heart of Nigeria genetics. So because of that he'd be more resilient, stronger, more athletic etc.

Injuries are so common that I don't think any drug can protect you from them if you cut too hard at the wrong angle or slip or whatever, so I think Lebron is just naturally really sturdy with great body control.

Bron has ungodly amazing balance and body control. A lot of the complaints about Malone and Bron's game are similar (basic, boring, etc) but it's a result that Lebron always tries to account for the safest landing possible.

It's why he's so good at absorbing contact, keeping his balance, and hitting the layup. It's what makes defenders bounce off if him when he turns into a train.

Same reason Karl Malone didn't have a serious injury until he was 40

Some dudes just get lucky :yeshrug:

If I remember correctly, Malone actually played a couple years with some fracture in his hand that was only discovered when he got to LA, which makes his streak even more impressive.

Yeah I don't know how much luck factors into it after all the situations he's been in over the last 12-13 seasons. It isn't as if he's escaped great falls, having his legs buckle underneath him, all types of body contact (pause) or any other contortion of his body. He's been through it all. 99% of athletes probably would have had at least one major injury going through the same shyt.
