Same reason Karl Malone didn't have a serious injury until he was 40

Some dudes just get lucky :yeshrug:
Look at Karl Malone's body. Look at LeBron James's body. Look at their training regimens. Yeah, they're not the only players in tremendous shape consistently and they're fortunate never to had any freak injuries, but it's more than "luck" that's kept LeBron injury free all of these years.

Lebron plays in slow mo..... Unless a fast break in which he's either running you over or your moving out the way.

His game is basic. Does the same moves over and over cause it works for him. :manny:

He doesn't ever extert himself or try anything new/that he can't do on the court and plays it safe/ stays under control.

Kinda like Paul pierce. :patrice:

HGH and steroids causes injuries, especially muscle tears. Someone going up and down the court 100 games a season playing his kind of minutes making sudden high impact moves would fukk himself up if he was juicing in any form.

:what: have you read HGH studies? Elevated HGH enhances recovery and rebuilds tissue slowly over time. It would not cause injuries. And not all steroids are dry compounds that would put you at risk for tears or damage.

forgot what it was but there was a short video on how lebron takes care of his body, what he eats and all that

if you saw it, you'd realize this dude is dedicated :francis:

Anybody curious about workouts basketball players do, it's nothing really that special. Lots of agility and speed work. Lots of functional drills that improve lateral speed, handling, eye coordination, etc.

Some weight lifting but nothing crazy or intense
