I cut off of my hair at the beginning of the year. It was...refreshing
. Little maintenance, low effort, and I still looked stylish. The only problem IMO was when I did want to just throw on some sweats or something. I think having short hair brings a lot of attention to your other attributes. I found myself wearing more makeup, dressing up more often, and trying to be more womanly. I would never cut my hair off like the pictures you posted though. Only because I feel like I would look like a boy, I'm not cute enough, and I don't want to have to dress more feminine and wear make up more often. My cousin has a buzz cut and she looks super cute. She changes the color often or relaxes it and does this little pixie and I love it.
I had this (this is the exact picture I showed the barber, and a few more):
I think it's grown out nicely. I can put it in a nubby little bun, a puff, or goddess braids. Usually I just wash and go and then put it in one of those styles when it starts to look too frizzy. I think one of the things I was glad about was I didn't get a cut that grew out really weird. That way in the in between stages I am able to do some styles and not look crazy lol. So think about that too!
