I don't like eating all that much as there are very few food items that I can stomach. For example, if I were to buy a burger or chicken sandwich, the meat would most likely remain untouched. Outside of that, my days move by too quickly to eat multiple times per day. :manny:

My problem right now is not being able to consistently hit my calorie target. I'm supposed to be consuming 2500 per day to gain 1 pound per week. But I stay around 2000 most days unless I worked out, that makes me hungrier.

It's about time for me to go to sleep and I'm still 500 calories short of my target. Somebody in the Gym subforum advised me to just shovel down some tablespoons of peanut butter at the end of the day to get over the line, so I'm about to head off and do that. How many tablespoons I need for 500 though? :sadcam:
