Just eat breh....peanut butter sandwiches are your friend...
you really have to meal plan for it to be sucessful and be careful of dirty bulking cause that shyt can sneak up on you....
heres what i do and i do mix it up:
breakfast 6am: 5 boiled eggs, wheat toast, bowl of outmeal, mixed fruit
snack 9am: 2 servings of peanuts, a fruit of choice or 2 peanut butter sandwichs
lunch 12am: Large salad with a advacado, 2 chicken breasts....
snack 3pm: protein drink and a orange
Gym 3:30-4:00
Dinner 6:30: Steak or some type of fish or chicken, rice, green vegtable
Snack 9pm: Peanut butter sandwhci and a protein shake....
You do that for 2 months and you will bulk up nice
