I can damn near curl a 130 lb man let alone do standing overhead press for reps.

The average 130 lb "man" will get tossed out the frame.

lol No you wouldn't unless you tried to go for the take-down immediately. I think people underestimate how lethal these dudes are with their fists and how accurate they are

I dont underestimate them... I know they lethal but when I get my hands on them there is nothing that will stop me at that point

I used to weigh 130lbs at 5'10" back in 2014...now currently sitting at about 180lbs.

Hit the gym hard for a couple years (your first 2 years should be extremely consistent 4x a week minimum) along with a steady diet.

Now I can get away with 2x a week at the gym and still maintain my weight.

I think age plays a factor too. I'm 28 now FWIW so maybe its easier to pack on pounds the older you get.

Just eat breh....peanut butter sandwiches are your friend...

you really have to meal plan for it to be sucessful and be careful of dirty bulking cause that shyt can sneak up on you....

heres what i do and i do mix it up:

breakfast 6am: 5 boiled eggs, wheat toast, bowl of outmeal, mixed fruit
snack 9am: 2 servings of peanuts, a fruit of choice or 2 peanut butter sandwichs
lunch 12am: Large salad with a advacado, 2 chicken breasts....
snack 3pm: protein drink and a orange
Gym 3:30-4:00
Dinner 6:30: Steak or some type of fish or chicken, rice, green vegtable
Snack 9pm: Peanut butter sandwhci and a protein shake....


You do that for 2 months and you will bulk up nice
