How tall are you ? I'm 5'10 so anything about 180 would be considered unhealthy for my height .


So Tyson was unhealthy? So 5'10 200lbs football players are unhealthy?

why you bringing tyson into this? that dude aint average and neither are football players. The regular 5'10 dude that weights 200 pounds and doesn't hit the gym is unhealthy.

How do i do this shaik? My wife cooks for me i dont really go in the kitchen. Im 187 pounds trynna put a bit more weight this winter.

Download the "spark people" or "fitness pal" app and just log every meal you eat. It also helps if you buy a food scale to accurately measure how much you eat.

If you're trying to gain weight and don't feel like getting technical with macros just eat seafood.

You really can't go wrong with just eating fish, shrimp, and crabs all day every day. So much protein, good fats/oil, and low carb it's hard to fukk that up. I live in the Baltimore area so that sort of diet is easy in my neck of the woods
