What do they do next season? Stick with Ryan but get a new QB or get rid of both?

The only one guaranteed to be back is Fez because they don't have a choice with him. If Tanny goes, then Rex's job is at the mercy of whoever replaces Tanny. If it's Cohen (who is already in the organization), then Rex is safe. If it's a genius child outside of the organization, Rex is a goner. In other words, Rex will be back next season too.

What happened to Sanchez's arm strength? I remember it being stronger.

He can throw the ball harder but that int was bad mechanics. He threw that int with all upper body, not using his legs to stride into the throw.

He did the same thing on that int against the Pats.
