Realistically bulls aren't getting aldridge if he leaves the blazers mavs or spurs is where I think he'll end up

I'd drive both of them dudes to whatever cities they're going to and bring a suitcase with the sheet of paper saying "IOU 2nd round pick" if we were able to do that to pick up Aldridge.

Yup if they were traded to teams with trade exceptions or cap space and the bulls took no salary back + a couple more minor moves(kirk retiring,declining bairstow and moores options) would give the bulls about 22 mil in cap space and that's including butlers cap hold.

I think we would have to shed a little salary to be able to do a sign and trade.
But lamarcus had us on his short list when these rumors started a year or so ago.
That should be the plan this off season, to move taj and noah let dunleavy etwan and brooks walk, send kirk upstairs and go after aldridge max him out right.
Would still have a mle and a bae vet min to fill out the roster in assuming we would have to package our 1st rd pick to unload noah.
But we know these b*stard ain't go do shyt.

I'm still for selling high on him. Get a guy who can compete and have a impact now.
Rather that then hold on to him past his time where he has value and we can't get a damn thing for him.
I'm sure a new offensive system will help him. But I'm not so sure he will ever be worth the 2 picks we gave up for him.

I'm not writing off mcdermott after one year,especially when he was under a coach who outside doc rivers might be the worst in the nba with playing/developing young players.
Has he looked suspect at times no doubt but he's looked decent at times too he can finish,get his own shot and pass better than korver

Agreed ..not sure how high his selling point is at moment it would b very low or u would need team to take a risk without seeing him play and hope he can fill a need
But @ this point I would think he needs some playing time to get anything worthy back ..maybe we could flip him for another draft pick this year

This is a conservative view of what I feel like we should do. I'm not sure about trades yet. I don't know what's even feasible, but the below is my best guess as of today.
2015-2016 season
Rose/ Mo Williams/ Moore
Butler/ Jae Crowder
McDermott/ Snell/ Rondae Hollis-Jefferson
Mirotic/ Gibson/ Bairstow
Gasol/ Noah/ Brandon Wright
This team would depend on improvements in Mirotic and Doug, Gains a little more athleticism, adds energy and more defensive players. Could be us running in place, or being a little more formidable....I have no fukking clue with this team man...
