I wouldn't rent anywhere with teenagers and college students, but those "notices" from the apt complex with no letterhead and poor grammar make me think this is fake or maybe created by this Monica person who is getting evicted. If folks had to call the office every time they saw black youth in an apartment complex in Houston, they'd be calling all day.
