Hitting us with that tough love like a big brother. He's not trying to preach or brag on us. Just calling us out for being afraid of failure like some ho's. This shyt is still tough to accept. But in a way, it's actually made me less afraid of my own demise. If nipsey can be taken out like that, the other side can't be that bad. Just go out there and get yours breh's. No more procrastinating. If you die along the way, at least you went out making progress. Control your own destiny and lead by example.

I may be wrong, but I don't think he was talking about Nip. I think he was talking about some random cat's cd he bought trying to show some love to those in the struggle after being inspired by Nip. I'm still surprised that so many people who appreciated Nipsey when he was here are bugging about his movement being taken to new heights after his passing. His music isn't just music, it's a message and you wanting the gems he dropped to remain hidden is contrary to what Nipsey was pushing. He was a 1 of 1, but he knew there's many people with the potential to be a 1 of 1 as well and have a similar effect in their part of the world and beyond when they start to contribute. There are people all over the map who found out about Hussle on 3/31 and haven't stopped listening to him yet, somewhere right now letting his words cultivate seeds of greatness in their minds. When the majority move on to the next wave, the type of people who Nip was truly speaking to will remain with a soundtrack to their personal marathons. How can you hate on that?
