Nipsey had a broad vision. Crenshaw was the start. He was eventually gonna expand to other cities. West coast, Midwest, South, East.
I salute Nipsey for not running from the hood. People would say that was his demise, but fukk that. He didn't give up on his hood. He wanted better for it.

When someone can touch that many people in the U.S. and abroad who really didn't know anything about his rap career...that is saying a lot about this person's character. You can still feel the hurt in people's energy. Even though this man lost his life... He taught us that we should invest in our own because at the end of the day we are all we got. I hope in the days to come that many more black people come together and begin to go out and help their communities. Being of service to others doesn't cost a dime. Invest in your people and watch the returns pile up.
The only thing that bothered me about his passing is the amount of culture vultures jumping on the opportunity to be seen and heard. I can't stand it. They should have given that man his flowers when he was alive and doing great things in his community. Now you wanna make tribute songs and videos? Its nice and all, but is it genuine? Hell no! I guess everybody gotta get their two minutes of fame... But capitalizing on someone's death is a real sleazy move.
We as a people are broken and divided and have been for a long time. We are broken and divided because we all are free... But we are still some mental slaves. We need to free ourselves from the enslavement of negative mindsets and inferiority complexesand be what we were always destine to be... Greatness!
