What does Cowboy get out of lying?
What does he get out of testifying (on a case that was already captured on video)?
He's a Megan's law, ex-felon/crackhead, who's rumored to be an informant. His "I'm doing this so the world knows Nipsey didn't call him a snitch" routine is laughable.
He's:
A) violated his gang code
B) Went to court despite Nip's own family didn't
C) Testified voluntarily, despite 2 other gentleman that were actually shot at the scene didn't as well as Nip's childhood friend (who was also apart of the snitch/informant conversation)
So he took his own liberties (against all the wishes of everyone close to Nipsey) so "the world knew Nip didn't call that man a snitch"
More like he was forced on the stand on behalf of the prosecution (for whatever reason
) and his "the world needs to know Nip didn't call him no snitch" mantra is his spin on participating in an otherwise reprehensible act in gang culture
Couldn't he have achieved the same effect, by simply telling "the World" the truth on this clout chasing media run he's been on.
Instead he gave the Jury a testimony aimed to eliminate the theory of a 'crime of passion' (that could possibly let shytty cuz out one day) and secure a 1st degree murder
Getaway driver was a bird who wasnβt in listening distance per the video
On the contrary. Once Holder made his burger order, he approach Nipsey and his group. Once 'the bird' saw him approach them, she got out the car and approached them as well, thinking Holder was trying to go get a picture, and was trying to beat him to the punch. It was then she realized they knew each other and picked up some of the conversation.
