I'll keep it 100. I never listened to one of his songs, but when my brother told me the news, that shyt hurt my heart! That shyt hurt because I know that Nipsey was known for doing things "the right way". He was inspirational to young cats coming up and making it so that people wouldn't get hoe'd by these record labels (if you actually followed the way that he was moving). He was on my radar for awhile. I had saved a Youtube video of a performance/tour he had in Japan years ago. He was good at making his brand. It's real fukked up!
