Type 1 (utilize and control all the energy resources of a planet), type 2 (utilize and control all energy of a star), and type 3 (utilize all of galaxy). Right now we are type 0 but we are transitioning into type 1. We already developed a type 1 communication system (Internet), but advancement to type 1 requires a level of societal tolerance that most people reject, hence war and terrorism. i'm not doing any of the things you mentioned. alot of shyt still doesn't add up, but i digress. i'm not trying to go down a rabbit hole. it's just alot of shyt that honestly makes zero sense. i'm from the streets and i've gone over the play from day 1 and now 2 weeks later alot of shyt ppl just glossed over because they were mourning and upset. i didn't watch any videos about nothing. it is what it is tho.
