The other night I was watching a couple of victory lap promo run interviews that I had missed
Wish I would have time stamped them and posted them here
His vision on having 10 marathon stores nationwide where he can push his merchandise and release $100 albums exclusively at these retail stores was such a dope idea
And releasing exclusive content that can be viewed by scanning tags on marathon merchandise was genius
Seems like he was focused on his hard core supporters
People that are willing to spend their hard earned money on premium products
With that being said i don’t really understand the move with puma but that check musta been the type of money you can’t turn down lol

Yes Puma sent out a statement the next morning:
“We’re extremely saddened by the passing of Nipsey Hussle. Beyond being a part of the Puma family, Nipsey was a talented musician, father, entrepreneur, community leader and inspiration to us all,” the athletic company wrote in a statement emailed to FN. “The various programs he founded and led in his neighborhood of Crenshaw will have a lasting impact on generations to come. He will be deeply missed, and our thoughts are with his family and loved ones at this time.”
After news broke of the rapper’s passing yesterday, Puma posted an image of its ambassador on Instagram with the caption: “Rest in Peace .”
