I doubt it unless I'm reading the tweet wrong. Big U and Nipsey are both Rollin 60s. U is an OG of that set and was managing Nipsey at one point. I think they had a falling out but got back cool. 60s is one of the biggest gangs in LA. You can't just kill such a prominent figure from that hood without a lot of blow back.
