  • wore no mask and did a shooting in front of hella cameras
  • shot once then fled
  • shot twice then fled again
  • shot three more times then stayed around to kick the target
  • stayed within 30 minutes of the crime scene after committing the crime

For the first question... I believe there was an argument with the shooter that happened. Multiple people were saying this that were there or at least close to the situation. The streets knew who did this immediately.

I believe Sam is protecting his brother even in death by omitting that information in that LA Times article. He alluded to it being cordial between Nip and Holder, and questions if it was a hit. Those words in that article appear to be setting a tone for the narrative Sam wants out there...

He has access to all the footage leading up to the shooting, meaning he knows if there was a disagreement between Nip and Holder. We would have to see what happened when Holder was there initially.. also how long did it take for him to go get a gun and come back?
