We lost a real one, someone who wasn’t all talk and put his money behind his vision and put his people before he put himself. Someone who was dedicated to change and growth. Even risked his life and put his name/reputation on the line by disregarding years of gangbanging culture, politics and guidelines for the sake of showing the older heads, theres a different way to do things now, we can all make money and eat together. Nipsey was trying his hardest behind the scenes to kill certain gang beefs that were senseless in his eyes. His friendship with YG was something people may not put too much mind to but in Cali, that’s dope to see, that’s something that needs to keep happening so we can have change. Risking his rep and life even by even embracing and dappin up Schoolboy Q.
People don’t understand how deep that shyt really goes and may even think I’m trippin but those who know, know what I’m talking about. Nipsey and his brother Black Sam really pushed the envelope to the point Big U wasn’t feeling some of their moves. But in the end, he came around and saw their vision & let them boys do them.
