I literally just had an argument with my cousin on Facebook over this. He keep on bringing up Dr Sebi and the fukking government as of why Nip died.
I told him " I see it like this...In the ghetto you can get shot/killed in the blink of an eye (Even if you're famous like Nipsey). I'm just seeing all these conspiracies and stuff about him and I just have to respectfully disagree. Getting clipped by Joe blow from off the block isn't outta the realm of possibility if you're that accessible and rolling dolo. His people should had been around to protect him in that moment. It's a harsh pill to swallow but it's true. For every person that loves and support you, there's one person that will always hate on you and wanna take your life. It happens everyday. Sometimes you can't make sense outta a senseless killing. It is what it is."
Then he brought up why Snoop ain't get killed when he still be in the hood and is a crip too
I replied back but Im not gonna post it. I really don't feel like debating people over this. I'm getting too emotional.

Link him the video since he want to be Mr. Conspiracy man. Show him the dude leaning over nipsey shooting him multiple times and then kicking him. I had to go bac to Slauson maybe for tha last time to pay respect and leave a candle.. Its candles set up everywhere where he died in front of the store in front the Marathon Truck.. I had every intention to stay strong but before I could even get there walkin up Crenshaw I passed grown men breaking down everywhere not holding back and letting the tears flow and I couldn't help it..Everybody was shedding tears some lady held a prayer circle had us dap and hug people close to us and everybody did without a problem Black Mexican Asian everybody... Two people almost got stumped out by the 60s and some NY nikka wit a buc 50 on his face was yelling out "fuc Jay-Z they shoulda took him instead" lol.. I dapped Nip brotha on the way out told em I been a fan since 08 and to stay strong..he really is the Pac of our generation.. Coming and going all up and down Crenshaw all u hear is Nip like a time machine of all his music with every car playin a different song.. Edit - I met him alot of times because when I first came to LA I wanted to go to his hood and I fell in love wit tha pastrami fires at Master Burger a few doors down from the Marathon Store so I went frequently and seen him many times . Neva got a pic cuz he was always there i'mma regret that for a long time

when the news first broke it was 2am here in london and my eyes just gave way.. i went to bed.. went gym later the day and he was n the CNN news on the gym tv and my eyes started watering, i had VL on repeat during my workout..
i went home and saw more clips on twitter about all the work he did in his neghburhood and i just broke down and that one was a lot.. cant believe or even begin to wonder why anyone will want him dead..
a man who did nothing but preach positivity and built up his community... i saw on twitter i wasnt the only one who felt this strongly about his death since majority of us never knew the man personally.. but when someone whos this REAL and practices what he preaches its hard not to be inspired
ive been following Nips since BAGNN vol.1-3 and then saw the progression with the Marathon series, seein his name in the Grammy category brought joy to me..
