Since I’m new to the switch system I’ve been looking into the best games that came out for that platform and one title that caught my interest was xenoblade

These are the easy ones to mention with BOTW. Rest depends what type of genres you like. For example only get Xenoblade if you are into jrpgs like that. The switch is loaded with jrpgs minus those geared towards PS5.

The only thing is that with Xenoblade is that its combat is very different. I would look at some videos on youtube to see if that is your thing. In general I def reccomend for JRPG's:

Only Three House is exclusive tho. Not sure if you are looking for just exclusives. Also, Astral Chain and Bayo 1 + 2 are pretty good as well. 2 comes with 1. 2 is exclusive to Nintendo unlike 1.
Finally caught Dying Light on sale. Been wanted to play it for the longest now, just not at full price lol. Watch me not even like it

edit edit: Game is addictive as hell, but even though I'm a big fan of playing most games in handheld, the controls just work a lot better for me when it's docked and using the pro controller. I would have been just as well off copping it for xbox in this case.

thinking of getting a Nintendo Switch Lite
but I mainly wanna play old school games
I saw a Namco(sp) game that had a lot of oldschool games on it like Pac Man etc
I also saw a game with a lot of classic Sega Genesis games on it as well
sidenote... I'm not a hardcore gamer so I was wondering if yall have any suggestions on other games for the Lite that might be piff as well
as long as the games aren't too complicated I'm open for all suggestions

Do you play your Lite online against other people, I just looked some stuff up that says you can, but they gotta have the same game (makes sense), but it ALSO says something on Google that they gotta be in the same room with you to play online with the Lite. Oh and it says u gotta pay like four dollars a month too, to play your Lite against others.
I would really wanna do this with NBA 2k Playgrounds and Mario Kart 8
My daughter plays mario kart against people online, there's different tiers to their online subscriptions. Doesn't need to be in the same house. I have people on the coli added to my friends list that I could play against, but I'm trash, so I never do lol.

OR, you can also play against people locally, if they were to bring their switch over and have the same game as you. This doesn't require a membership however.
