I played botw emulated on pc and it was gorgeous. Kinda of let down

I feel like the switch is a next gen Gameboy than actual console after getting it
left off on a cold ass boss fight. Didn’t know shyt about the controls so I was hacking and slashing like a dweeb. Definitely going to be on it frequently. I also got Bayonetta 1 on the back burner 
I wanted to cop Xenoverse 2 since it’s $8 on the eShop but I got way too many games I haven’t beaten or played much of yet.
I used to but started to see that as my adult responsibilities take over my time, now all I can do is just play mostly for the story, but I have started to search or check things around me unless the map is huge, like BOTW. That map is way too fukking big, but hopefully they packed it out with a lot of stuff that's actually worth exploring. I see it as a great game so far.Question: do y’all have a completionist mindset to games? For the life of me I can’t get back into Odyssey because I take it way too seriously. I be wanting to capture all the moons and when I get burnt out I just shelve the game
